What is optimal temperature for soldering QA6P?

Hello! I tried to solder QA6P FSR, but some of them don't work properly. I assume that i used wrong temperature for soldering them, but I'm not sure about that. So what is optimal temperature for soldering them?

It's possible to set the temperature at 300°C (572°F). But it's important to stay under 3 seconds pro pad while soldering.

I see you got an answer from the manager about the optimal soldering Temperature.
But it's locked. Can I get this information too?
